Setting Up Teams Call Queue Login in Landis Attendant Console 

From within Landis Attendant Console, navigate to Settings > Layout. Look for the Teams Call Queue option on the right and add that button to your preferred location. Once added, you’ll see a new tab with a simple “Open Teams Call Queues” button. 

How Teams Call Queue Login Works 

When you click the Teams Call Queue button, it launches a webpage that takes you directly to your online Teams settings where any call queues you’re a member of are listed. 

From this page, you can easily log in and out of queues as needed.
