Chat Consult Transfer Targets Can Effortlessly “Send to Voicemail”

Microsoft Teams user’s that receive a chat consult transfer from receptionist can now choose “Send to Voicemail” if they are busy, along with “Accept” or “Decline”. If you are interested in how to configure and use “Chat Consult Transfer” read more here.

See Microsoft Teams User Status Message for Users

The attendant console user now can see the Microsoft Teams Status Message on contacts that have this set to something in Microsoft Teams on the Attendant Console contact card and contact layout if it has been configured. ( … | Settings | Contacts | Customize Contact Layout Text )

Centralized Settings Policies

Settings policies allow an admin to deploy settings for users. Each policy includes one or multiple settings. The settings in these policies can be applied as default or admin enforced. A user can only create settings policies if granted rights in your Microsoft Teams tenant. Here is how to use Landis Attendant Console settings policies.
