This attendant console is written from the ground up on new client APIs to work seamlessly with Microsoft Teams. Our goal is to make the initial setup experience simple: 1) open the app, sign in with a Microsoft Teams login, #2) give the app permission to access Teams and 3) start taking & transferring calls. Receptionists can transfer efficiently with “1 Click” with the context about Teams users at a glance.
