Our Journey

Three Decades of Software Innovation and Excellence

A Longstanding Relationship with Microsoft

Founded in 1995 by Matthew Landis in Ephrata, Pennsylvania, Landis Technologies has grown from a local startup to a trusted global leader in communication software built for Microsoft.

Our software journey began with Customer Specific Pricing for Dynamics GP, followed by several GP add-ons. From the beginning, we’ve built software that integrates deeply with Microsoft products.

In 2014, we launched Attendant Pro for Lync (updated for Skype for Business in 2017). When organizations moved to Microsoft Teams, we were ready. In 2020 we released Policy Call Recording for Microsoft Teams, and in 2021 we released the first Extend Model Contact Center for Microsoft Teams, followed shortly by our Attendant Console for Microsoft Teams.

In 2024, we worked closely with Microsoft to develop the APIs for the newest Unify integration model, and in 2025 became one of the first contact centers globally to be Unify certified.
