Extend Skype for Business Online usage
Some of our Skype for Business Online users need additional time to upgrade their Attendant Console for Skype for Business or other Skype for Business extensions like Attendant Console, Public Announcement System, Door Bell, Elevator Phone, Virtual Receptionist or other ISV solution to Microsoft Teams. If you need additional time to upgrade to Microsoft Teams you request an extension.
05/28/2021 - In the Landis Attendant Console for Microsoft Teams "Feature Spotlight" we demonstrate the ability to quickly switch between audio devices with 1 click, touch or defined hotkey shortcut. We even show how users can toggle between commonly used audio devices, like a headset and speaker phone, using a Stream Deck.
05/25/2021 - Landis Technologies is presenting on "Filling Voice Gaps with Microsoft Teams Contact Center, Policy Recording & Attendant Console" at the Spring 2021 Virtual Teams UG Meeting on May 25 & 26.
