Check your contacts’ presence and calendar before transferring calls and use advanced features like callback reminders, transfer to voicemail and chat consult transfer, all within the Landis Attendant Console app.
Will I need to answer calls within Microsoft Teams when using Landis Attendant Console?
No, you can answer calls within Landis Attendant Console with one click or with a keyboard shortcut. Easily manage multiple calls in a “single pane of glass”. No need to have Teams open. Easily transfer calls with one-click transfer and use advanced transfer types and callback reminders to make your job easier. See the Teams presence and calendar of your contacts before transferring to avoid having your callers being sent to voicemail. Or send the caller directly to voicemail with one click without disrupting the contact if they’re busy or aren’t available.
Install the the Landis Attendant Console desktop app to (optionally) suppress the Teams toast notifications automatically so you never answer calls in the wrong app.
How long does it take to set up and deploy Landis Attendant Console?
You can log in at ac.landis.cloud and start taking calls immediately. If you wish to use the Windows desktop app, you can download and install it in one minute. Note: If you’re the first Landis Attendant Console user in your organization, an admin must provide a one-time consent for the app before use.
Can I make outbound calls using Landis Attendant Console?
Yes, you can make outbound calls using Landis Attendant Console. Simply type or paste a phone number into the search bar to get started. For contacts in your directory, search for their record and click the phone icon to call them directly from within the console. You can also set up quick access shortcuts (which can be assigned keyboard shortcuts too) for frequently called contacts, making outbound calling even more efficient.
If you’re using the Windows desktop app, you can set Landis Attendant Console as the default app for tel: links, simplifying outbound calling.
Can I transfer calls directly to someone's voicemail?
Yes, Landis Attendant Console allows you to transfer callers directly to the voicemail of users in your organization with one click. This feature helps prevent disruptions when colleagues are busy or unavailable
(If you don’t see the option when handling a call, go to Settings > Advanced check “Enable Transfer to Voicemail”.)
Can I save notes for myself and for my colleagues?
