Tuesday, 14 December, 2021

12/14/2021 – The Landis Attendant Console for Microsoft Teams is now Public Preview and you can start a free, fully functional 30 day trial immediately by going to https://ac.landis.cloud.

The Landis Attendant Console is a client for Microsoft Teams that is simple to setup (just sign in with a MS Teams user), looks and feels just like Microsoft Teams, provides efficient, 1-click call transfer and is a trusted solution that just works.

This Public Preview is fully functional. We provide licensing right now for customers who have a pressing need for the product with the understanding that customers should have a failover plan because the product is in Preview and some dependencies do not have an SLA yet.

  1. Tried to start up the trial, but all I get is a spinning “Loading” wheel.

Hope this starts working properly soon and you took the feedback about your original idea for pricing to heart. Many companies only have a few receptionist users and thus don’t need to license all of their users.

  2. I’m trying to login to the Attendance Console for Teams but it only keeps spinning after i give consent. Is anyone else having this issue?

  3. Hello,

I’m interested in your product, i’ve already been waiting it for a long time. However when I want to test the trial https://ac.landis.cloud/ it is stuck on loading.

I’ve tried this in Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome and disabled adblocker and such.

Can you assist me with this?

    Kind regards,
    Myron Cuffez

  4. Hi

We are testing and trying to add a call queue to a contact that we can find via search function bar. When clicking add to contact group nothing happens

    Thanks Mark

  5. Hello,

We want to test your solution, and have a couple of questions:

It’s asking to have many permissions on Tenant (admin account, access to data of user, etc…). Is it normal ? i’ve stopped my installation seeing that.
Is it possible to install on 2 PC your tool ? Thats for testing purposes (one on a test PC and after directly in test on our standard to test it live.
Do we have access to a support in case of problems ?
Is the console available in many languages ?

    thanks,

    Vincent.

  6. Can the attendant console be installed on a Teams Hardware Phone? Our reception uses a Yealink MP56 – it would be awesome if that phone was logged into the Attendant Console.
